Thai Yoga Therapy 

Commonly referred to as Thai Yoga Massage, this soothing healing treatment will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. This ancient therapy is a fusion of acupressure kneading techniques and assisted gentle stretching. Wear comfortable clothing. No oil is used.  

Sessions available M - Sa at 10 am, noon & 2 pm. 

60 minutes - $75
75 minutes - $105

Cupping 

Promote healing and reduce pain. This treatment is highly beneficial for acute discomfort in the neck, shoulders, and back. It can also move energy and release stuck emotions, like stress and anxiety. 

Sessions available M - Sa at 6 pm, 6:45 pm, and 7:30 pm. 

45 minutes - $50
*Add Gua Sha - $20*

Gua Sha 

Release tension, increase circulation, and reduce inflammation with a smooth edge tool made of rose quartz, using a technique called press-stroking. Focus areas: neck, shoulders, upper back, feet, hands, forearms, and face. 

Sessions available M - Sa at 6 pm, 6:45 pm, and 7:30 pm. 

45 minutes - $50

Myofascial Release Therapy 

Relieve pain, stress, and tension through gentle pressure and movement using yoga props to massage and release the fascia, the connective tissue encasing every muscle, bone, and joint. Wear comfortable clothing. No oil is used.
